Lounge Review: Mabuhay Lounge, Manila NAIA International Airport

Date:

NAIA Manila International Airport may not be the most exciting airport to be spending much time in. However, the new Mabuuhay Lounge certainly is a welcome addition to Terminal 1, where most of Philippine Airlines’ international flights operate out of.

Terminal 1 is a very compact terminal and the lounge is located on Level 4.

It has a small but very welcoming reception area.

Beyond the long hallway, there are a variety of seating areas including a cordoned off area for the airline’s top tier frequent flyers.

The lounge’s food and beverage offerings did not disappoint.

The lounge also had shower rooms but I did not have the opportunity to check them out as they were all in use. The restrooms were very clean and comfortable especially when compared to the older lounge at Terminal 3.

All in all, this was a very comfortable place to spend a few hours in transit!
