We recently had the opportunity to spend some time in the Primeclass Lounge at Shota Rustaveli Tbilisi International Airport while flying business class with Turkish Airlines. The airport is not very large so it was only a short walk from check-in to the lounge. After passing through security and passport control, the lounge is easy to find—just a short walk and an escalator ride to the upper level near the gates.

The terminal itself doesn’t offer much in terms of comfortable seating or dining options, so having lounge access made a noticeable difference. The Primeclass Lounge serves as the main lounge in the airport and is accessible not only to business class passengers flying certain airlines but also to Priority Pass members. Because of this, it can get quite crowded, especially during peak hours when multiple international flights are departing around the same time.
The lounge isn’t particularly large, but it is decently laid out with different seating zones—armchairs for relaxing, a few workstations with outlets, and some dining tables. The atmosphere is calm compared to the terminal, although when it’s full, it can feel a bit cramped. Even so, it was much more comfortable than sitting outside in the main terminal area.
There’s a self-serve buffet offering a small but acceptable selection of food and drinks. When we visited, the warm dishes included grilled chicken, rice, and roasted vegetables. There were also cold options like sandwiches, salads, and fresh fruit. Desserts consisted of pastries and cookies. Beverage choices ranged from bottled water and soft drinks to tea, coffee, beer, and a couple of wines. It’s not a luxury spread by any means, but it’s more than enough for a light meal or snack before boarding.
The lounge also offers free Wi-Fi, which worked reliably throughout our stay. There’s a small restroom inside, which was clean, though no shower facilities are available. Staff at the front desk were polite but minimal interaction is needed as the lounge is mostly self-service.
Overall, while the Primeclass Lounge at Shota Rustaveli Tbilisi International Airport isn’t especially large or luxurious, it’s a solid and practical option for business travelers or Priority Pass holders. It provides a quieter, more comfortable space to relax before a flight, which is especially appreciated in an airport where the general waiting areas are limited.
